당사가 제공하는 'Dapdori App 애플리케이션'(이하 '앱')을 이용함으로써 고객님(이하 '사용자')께서 제공하시는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 개인정보처리방침을 통하여 알려드립니다.
당사는 개인정보취급방침을 개정하는 경우 웹사이트 공지사항(또는 개별공지)을 통하여 공지할 것입니다.

■ 수집하는 개인정보 항목
당사는 앱의 자동로그인 체크, 접속로그 기록, 사용자 컬렉션 및 바이어 상담이력 처리자 기록 등 을 위하여 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
· 수집항목 : 사용자ID, 사용자IP
· 개인정보 수집방법 : 앱 로그인 시 수집

■ 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
당사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다.
· 기존 자동로그인 사용자의 앱 재실행 시 자동로그인 체크 (사용자ID,사용자 IP)
· 로그인 및 로그아웃 시 접속로그 기록 (사용자ID, 사용자IP)
· 사용자 주문정보 등록/수정 시 해당정보의 처리자 기록 (사용자ID, 사용자IP)

■ 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
앱 로그인상태 또는 자동로그인 설정된 경우 해당정보를 이용하며, 로그아웃(자동로그인 해제) 시 지체없이 해당정보를 파기합니다.

■ 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
당사는 원칙적으로 앱 로그아웃(자동로그인 해제) 시 지체없이 해당정보를 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
· 파기절차 : 사용자의 앱 로그아웃(자동로그인 해제) 시 해당정보의 목적을 달성한 것으로 판단하여 별도 접속로그에 대한 DB 기록 후 파기되어집니다. 별도 DB 기록된 정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되어지는 목적(접속현황 분석) 외 다른 목적으로는 이용되지 않습니다.
· 파기방법 : 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

■ 개인정보 제공
당사는 사용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
· 사전에 사용자가 외부제공에 동의한 경우
· 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

■ 수집한 개인정보의 위탁
당사는 사용자의 동의없이 개인정보를 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다. 향후 외부 업체의 위탁이 필요할 경우, 사용자에게 위탁 대상자와 위탁업무 내용에 대해 안내하여 사전 동의를 구하도록 하겠습니다.

· INTERNET(인터넷 사용 권한) : 인터넷 미연결 또는 권한 미부여 시 앱의 로그인 및 데이터 처리가 불가합니다. (로컬 상담이력 관리만 사용 가능)

YoungWoo built the Dapdori App app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by YoungWoo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Dapdori App app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Dapdori App app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that YoungWoo will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but YoungWoo cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, YoungWoo cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, YoungWoo cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to YoungWoo’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. YoungWoo accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. YoungWoo does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
